Dutch tugs Noordzee and Maas forced to enter Delfzijl, Netherlands caused by the stormy weather according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 23 July 1906

An item dated Delfzijl, Netherlands 20th reported that the Dutch tugs Noordzee towing a sand dredger underway from Emden, Germany towards Stralsund, Germany and the Maas towing a dredger from Emden, Germany towards Rotterdam, Netherlands entered the harbour forced by the stormy weather.
