An item dated Istanbul, Turkey 23rd reported the seizure by the Turkish authorities of the Italian tanker Nevena underway towards Constanta, Romania as a result of the decision of the Turkish court that she had to pay 25.000 Turkish pounds to compensate the damage of the Turkish submarine Dumlipinar caused by a collision in December 1935.
