Dutch bark Jan Sievert fitted out with new anchor at Delfzijl, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 22 April 1903

An item dated Delfzijl, Netherlands 18th reported that the Dutch bark Jan Sievert which returned in the roads was fitted out with a new anchor and chain.(1)
