An item dated Ijmuiden, Netherlands 10th reported that the Dutch fishing sloop MD 28 master Van den Hoek and the Dutch tug Assistant towed in the harbour the Dutch steam fishing vessel Stella Matutina (VL 171) with a disabled steam boiler.
