British packet Prince of Wales recaptured from Spanish privateer de la Pas according to the Dutch newspaper Bataafsche Leeuwarder courant dated 14 September 1805

An item dated London, England 5^th reported that the British packet Prince of Wales was captured on the 13^th [August[ by the Spanish privateer Prince de la Pas but recaptured by the British 18-gun warship Paulette two days earlier and sent to Falmouth, England. The privateer had taken 7.000 pond sterling out of the packet.
