Built at the shipyard Jonker&Stans, Hendrik Ido Ambacht, Netherlands with yard number 274 for account of the Vereenigde Onafhankelijke Sleepdienst NV, Rotterdam, Netherlands as the Volharding 8 in 1956. EU no. 2309469. Tonnage 26 tons and as dimensions 19,85 x 5,35 x 2,52 x 6,50 (height) metres. The original 200hp Bolnes engine is replaced. Horsepower nowadays 600 bhp. Renamed Johanna van der Wees in 1969 and owned by A. van der Wees&Co. Transportonderneming, Dordrecht, Netherlands and since 1993 of Van der Wees Group, BV, Dordrecht.
