Bark Sjodronningen stranded off Beach Head, England according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 7 January 1887

An item dated Beachy Head 4^th reported that the same morning the bark Sjodronningen captain Aase loaded with petroleum underway from New York, USA towards Hamburg, Germany stranded in misty weather and a snowstorm. Her crew of 16 persons was saved by the lifeboat of Eastbourne, England. The ship was probably lost.
