British bark Carmarthenshire wrecked off Vlieland, Netherlands according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 14 January 1885

12th reported the stranding of the British bark Carmarthenshire
captain Owens underway from Bangkok, Siam towards Bremen, Germany
two days earlier in the Buitengronden near the wreck of the Tynsemouth in 14 feet water. Her hull was
broken and seemed to be shortly ago abandoned although all sails were still set
and signal lamps were still burning. When the item was published was also a
mast swung over board and nobody able to come nearer to the wreck which was
harassed by the waves.
