British bark ship John O Gaunt for sale according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 30 March 1890

An announcement reported the intended sale of the well known iron built bark ship John O Gaunt with a measurement of 1.275 register tons, built at Liverpool, England in 1869 and which transported 1.828 tons of nitrate. She was a very fast ship regarded the voyage of just 79 days from Pisagua, Chile towards Qeenstown, England. At the moment she was lying at Dunkirk, France to unload her cargo.
