British bark Cheshire underway from Philippines towards the Dutch East Indies according to the Dutch newspaper Java-bode dated 2 December 1887

An item dated 30th November reported the passing of Nieuw Anjer [nowadays Anyer, Indonesia] by the British bark Cheshire underway from Manila, Philippines towards Cheribon, Dutch East Indies. Underway she lost due to the worse weather part of her rigging but which was in the meantime repaired.
