Dutch shipyard Kon. Mij. De Schelde at Vlissingen, Netherlands repaired engines and boilers of the Dutch ironclad Hr. Ms. Kortenaer in 1902


In the order administration dated 24 April/28 May 1902was the order for account of the Dutch Department of Navy described as repairing engines and boilers of the Hr. Ms. Kortenaer. Contracted price ƒ 40.450 with additional costs ƒ 2.850.
Repairing costs totally ƒ 20.877,82 (material+labour ƒ 15.325,53, expenses ƒ 5.552,29) resulting in a profit of ƒ 22.422,18.

Crew numbered 260 men. Coal bunker capacity 330 ton. Costs when fitted out for the first time ƒ 2.792,482. Two screws. Speed 16,0 knots. Engines and boilers manufactured by the shipyard Kon. Mij. De Schelde, Vlissingen, Netherlands.
