Dutch tug Zwarte Zee destined for the Dutch East Indies to pick up Dutch protected cruiser Hr. Ms. Holland according to the Dutch newspaper Vlissingse Courant dated 7 September 1899

An item reported that the Dutch tug Zwarte Zee now lying in the dry dock at Middelburg, Netherlands would depart on short notice towards Surabaya, Dutch East Indies to pick up there the Dutch protected cruiser Hr. Ms. Holland and to tow her back to the Netherlands.
