An item dated Ijmuiden, Netherlands 19th reported the arrival of the French tug Atlas for a quick stop to bunker coal. She was underway from the Channel towards Hamburg, Germany towing the French sailing ship Colonel de Villebois Maureuil which was now lying anchored off Egmond, Netherlands.
