D-design .Launched in 1918, completed in 1919, displacement 4.650 tons, horsepower 40.000 hp, oil fired turbine geared machinery and an armament of 6-6” guns, 2-3” anti aircraft guns, 16-3pd and 2pd guns and machineguns and 12 torpedo tubes.(1)
