Omaha-design. Launched in 1920, to be completed in 1923-1924, displacement 8.500 tons, horsepower 90.000 hp, oil-fired turbine geared machinery and an armament of 12-6” guns, 6 smaller guns, 2x2-21” and 2x3-21” torpedo tubes.
