Finnish government wanted icebreaker versus submarine mother ship according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1937 no. 4

An item referred to the magazine Schiffbau dated 1 May 1937 reporting that the Finnish government invited several foreign shipyards to sent bids for building an icebreaker which in the summer could be used as submarine mother ship.(1)
