Accident on board of Russian torpedo boat Progranitsjik according to the Dutch newspaper Rotterdamsch nieuwsblad dated 28 May 1914

An item reported that at Libau [nowadays Liepaja, Latonia] on board of the Russian torpedo boat Progranitsjik a steam pipe sprung seriously burning an engineer and four sailors.
