French torpedo boats Poignard and Tartoyen collided according to the Dutch newspaper Tilburgsche courant dated 17 February 1914

An item dated Toulon, France 17th reported that a day earlier the French torpedo boats Poignard and Tartoyen collided in the Gulf of Juan causing both boats heavily damaged and which were to be towed to the dock.
