German navy not converting aged ironclad Kaiser not into floating workshop according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1905-1906 no. 8

An item referred to the magazine Le Yacht reporting that the German decided not to convert the aged ironclad Kaiser into a floating workshop. The speed of the Kaiser was just 14,5 miles no she was able to keep on with the squadron which had a maximum speed of 17 miles.(1)
