Dutch East Indiaman Bartha Petronella bound for the Dutch East Indies in 1765

She left on 19 August 1765, Netherlands with as captain Leendert van Koopstad, visited Downs England between 2-8 September 1765, S. Tiago, Cape Verde between 10-16 October 1765, visited Cape of Good Hope, South Africa between 13 January 1766-3 February 1766 and arrived at Batavia, Dutch East Indies on 10 May 1766. Her crew numbered 154 (arrival)-158 (departure) sailors and further more 62 (arrival)-72 (departure) soldiers. Tonnage 880 tons/300 last and dimensions 140 x 39 x 16 feet. Built at Hoorn, Netherlands in 1764 and sailed for chamber Hoorn. From Batavia she went towards China.
