Launched at Parviainin Works, Revel (=Tallinn, Estonia) in 1915, completed in 1917, displacement 1.260 tons, horsepower 30.000 hp, oil fuelled turbine direct drive machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 1-2pd gun, 2 machineguns, 3x3 torpedo tubes and 80 mines. None military value at that moment.
