British dreadnought HMS Orion failed during speed trials according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1911-1912 no. 8

An item referred to the magazine Schiffbau reporting that the British battleship HMS Orion during trials did not achieved de ordered speed of 21 miles. Next trials were to be executed with other screws. The turbines were examined but proved to be in order.(1)

1. Dreadnought of the Orion-class, preceded by the Colossus-class and succeeded by the King George V-class, laid down on 29 November 1909, launched on 20 August 1910, commissioned on 2 January 1912 and sold to be broken up on 19 December 1922 which was executed at Upnor, England in February 1923.
