German light cruiser Dresden in 1923

Being built. Displacement 5.600 tons, horsepower 29.000 tons, coal-oil fuelled turbine direct drive machinery and an armament of 8-6” guns, 3-22pd [=7,7cm] guns and 4 torpedo tubes.(1)

Note
1. Laid down at Blohms&Voss, Hamburg, Germany in 1916, launched on 28 March 1918 and scuttled in Scapa Flow on 21 June 1919. So it is remains strange that in 1923 she was reported as being built.
