US Navy testing new triple gun turrets according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1913-1914 no. 5

An item referred to the German magazine Schiffbau reporting that the tests executed by the US Navy with the new triple gun turrets were very satisfying. It became however clear that from a view of shipbuilding several places were to be strengthened.
