Dutch steam fishing vessel Walrus released by Germans according to the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Handelsblad dated 15 December 1916

An item reported that the owners at Ijmuiden, Netherlands of the seized Dutch steam fishing vessel Walrus received a telegram that she the day before was released at Cuxhaven, Germany and departed towards sea. It was yet not known if she returned towards Ijmuiden or first make a fishing voyage.
