Norwegian cabinet approved building submarine and destroyers according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 no. 5

An item reported that the Norwegian parliament approved the budget of 300.000 crones for building a submarine by the German firm Krupp, another 500.000 crones for a destroyer and 200.000 crones as the first term for a second destroyer.
