An item reported that the founded Black Sea fleet fitted out at Sevastopol consisted of the battleships Ekaterina II, Cesma, Sinope and Dvjanadzat Apostolov, cruiser Pamjat Merkuijra, gunboats Donec and Kubanec, transports Bug, Dunaj and 9 torpedo boats.
