German fleet prepared for surrender to Allies according to the Dutch newspaper Het Oosten dated 22 November 1918

An item reported that the same week a German fleet consisting of 10 battleships, 5 battle cruisers and 6 light small cruisers was to leave Germany bound for British harbours as part of the German surrender.
