Launched at Newport News Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company, USA in 1918, completed in 1919, displacement 1.213 tons, 25.000 hp horsepower, all turbine direct drive oil fuelled machinery and an armament of 4-4” guns, 2-14pd anti aircraft guns and 4x3-21” torpedo tubes.
