German pocket battleship Admiral Scheer called Skagerrack launched according to the Dutch newspaper Bataviasch nieuwsblad dated 30 March 1933

An item dated Berlin, Germany 30th reported that on 1 April a second German pocket battleship was to be launched and baptized Skagerrack and to be commissioned at the same time as her sister ship Deutschland.(1)

Note
1. The Deutschland-class consisted of the Deutschland (later renamed Admiral Lützoe, Admiral Scheer and he Admiral Graf Spee. What was called Skagerrack in the new item was in fact the Admiral Scheer.
