Engineer dated 8 November which supplied more details about the 20 destroyers of the Acasta-class built under the British 1911-1912 program. With a displacement of 935 ton were the dimensions 257-260 x 26,5-27 x 8-8.3 feet. Fitted out with liquid fuel fired water tube boilers was the horsepower 24.500 hp allowing a speed of 31-32 miles with 1 or 2 screws. The armament consisted of 3-4” guns and 2 torpedo launchers.
