American shipyard building Japanese battleship according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwe Rotterdamsche Courant dated 10 June 1921

An item dated Berlin, Germany 10th reported that a shipyard at New York, USA started the building of a 20.000 tons battleship for account of the Japanese navy.(1)

Note
1. This item must be nonsense. The Japanese battleships under construction that time were the Tosa and Kaga, each of 39.900 tons, the first scuttled as a result of the Washington Naval Treaty, the second one converted into an aircraft carrier.
