An item referred to the magazine Schiffbau reporting that the Russian navy intended to built in the next 5 years for the Baltic Fleet 5 torpedo boats and 7 submarines and for the Black Sea Fleet 6 torpedo boats and 10 submarines. Further more were for both fleets the numbers of float planes to be doubled.
