An item referred to the Proceedings dated October 1934 reporting although details were lacking the Russian fleet seemed to start on short notice with the building of 2 perhaps even 4 7.000 ton cruisers. Further more were plans existing of 4 destroyers and 1-.4000 ton (?) submarine.
