Dutch ships fitted out for loading coal in England according to the Dutch newspaper Leeuwarder courant dated 11 October 1917

An item dated The Hague, Netherlands 11th October reported that the ships fitting out at Rotterdam, Netherlands to get coal from England did this complete voluntarily. In advance was this to be done by some required ships but considered the risks of the voyage was this plan cancelled.
