Russian torpedo boat 1st class Kotlinj (1885) in 1896

Of the Baltic Sea Fleet. Launched at St. Petersburg, Russia in 1885, dimensions 124.2 x 12.9 x 5.9 feet, 67 tons displacement, 2 screws, horsepower 500 ihp, maximum trial speed 16.5 knots, coal bunker capacity 15 tons, a crew numbering 16 men and an armament of 2-1pd revolvers and 2 torpedo tubes.
