British Admiralty testing new machinery (parts) according to the Dutch newspaper Het nieuws van den dag voor Nederlandsch-Indië dated 25 August 1910

An item reported that the British admiralty since 2 years was testing new engines and improvement of the internal engine parts. The new kind of machinery was first to be tested on board of small cruisers before fitting out a new to be built battleship  with it.
