Naval detachment positioned in the Bulgarian town Lom according to an American CIA report dated 7 April 1954

An item reported that a yet unidentified Danube naval detachment and of an unknown personnel strength was accommodated in the north eastern outskirts of Lom [northwestern Bulgaria on the right bank of the Danube].
