Greek destroyer Lonchi executed with success trials according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1907-1908 No. 8

An item referred to the magazine le Yacht reported that the Greek destroyer Lonchi built by Yarrow, England performed excellent during her trials on the Thames. The medium speed was 32.427 miles and during 3 hours with 415 rpm was the speed 32,535 miles. With a speed of 14 miles was over a distance of 35,9 miles the coal consumption just a ton meaning that with this speed she had range of 3.231 miles.(1)

1. Part of the Thyella-class consisting of the Thyella, Nafkratoussa, Lonchi and Sfendoni. Building ordered in 1905, laid down by Yarrow Shipbuilders, Cubitt Town, London, England in 1905, launched in 7 July 1907, commissioned in 1907, decommissioned in 1926 and broken up in 1931.
