Japanese harbour of Rahin expanding according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1935 no. 4

An item referred to the Jap. Chr. dated 18 April 1935 reporting that for increasing the harbour of Rahin an estimated budget of 2,6 million yen was needed. In April 1935 was started with the works to be completed within 3 years.
