Romanian government intended ordering of building a floating dry dock for Constanza, Romania according to the Dutch magazine Schip en Werf dated 5 February 1937

An item reported that the Romanian government wanted to purchase a floating dry dock for the harbour of Constanza and for which some days earlier at Bucharest tenders were registered. It was to be delivered in spring 1918 with as estimated building costs 80 million Lei. The dock was to be able to dock ships with a length of 110 metres and 8.000 tons.
