French navy testing new accumulator for submarines according to the Dutch magazine Marineblad dated 1904-1905 no. 10

An item referred to the Army and Navy magazine reporting that in France lengthy tests were executed with a new kind of accumulator of which was expected to make a speed of 16 miles possible. Everything was done to secure the secrecy.
