The Italian Bari
An item reported that the Russian navy ordered the building of 2-4.350 tons displacement cruiser by Schichau, Elbing, Germany, with a speed of 26-27 knots and using the German Kolberg-class cruisers design.(1)

1. This must be the Maraviev Amusrkyy (launched on 11 April 1914) and Admiral Nevelson (launched on 21 November 1914), at the outbreak of the First World War in 1914 seized by the German navy and commissioned as the Pillau-class cruisers SMS Pillau and Elbing. The latter was sunk in the war, the first handed over to Italy and renamed Bari. Displacement was 4.390 (design)-5.252 (full load) tons. Speed was 27,5 knots.
