British merchant ships suspected of smuggling contraband towards Port Athur according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 13 October 1904

An item dated London, England 10th reported that 3 British merchant ships were suspected of the intention of entering the harbour of Port Arthur loaded with victuals for the Russian forces.
