Russian destroyers coal bunkering off Tangier, Morocco according to the Dutch newspaper Nieuwsblad van het Noorden dated 30 October 1904

An item dated Tangier, Morocco reported the presence of the three Russian warships with a collier in the Bay. A second item reported that the three Russian destroyers bunkered coal from the collier Korea and were now entering the harbour.
