Russian tsar ordered sending another squadron to the Far East according to the Dutch newspaper De Sumatra Post dated 13 December 1904

An item dated London, England 8th December referred to a tiding of the correspondent of the Daily Mail at St. Petersburg, Russia reporting that the tsar ordered a day earlier to send a third squadron to the Far East, however not the Black Sea fleet. An item dated 9th reported that in January such third squadron was planned to depart.
