The Albanian naval school at Durres according to a CIA report dated 21 December 1948

An item reported the presence of a school at Durres for schooling naval con-commissioned officers and specialists with Soviet and Yugoslavian officers playing an import role as supervisors and conducting the training. There were two former German observation ships added to the school.
