Laid down at Mercantile-Belyard scheepswerf, Rupelmonde, Belgium on10 November 1988, launched on 20 December 1990, baptized by Mrs. Adriaensens on 12 June 1991 and modernized 2004-2005. Displacement 560 tons and as dimensions 51,50 x 8,96 x 3,60 x 18,50 (height above waterline) metres. Crew consists of 4 officers, 15 petty officers and 17 sailors. Maximum speed 15 knots and with a fuel oil bunker capacity of 63 tons a range of 3.000 nautical miles with a speed of 12 knots. Armament consists of 3-0.50 3FN machineguns.
