An item reported that the Dutch tug Eemland (ex-Tempête, Jacob van Heemskerck) built in 1919 at Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht was sold by J. Kievits&Co. Ltd., Amsterdam, Netherlands to the Belgian government to be used on the Congo. She was now fitted out and would travel under her own steam to the Congo.(1)
