Italian protected cruiser Lombardia visited Sabang Dutch East Indies in 1903.

An item reported that the Italian cruiser Lombardia (1) visited Sabang (2), Dutch East Indies between 7-9 September 1903.

Notes
1. Of the Regioni-class protected cruisers, consisting of the Lombaria, Eturia, Umbia, Liguria, Elba and Puglia, laid down at the Regio Camntieri do Castellammare di Stabia, Italy on 19 November 1889, launched on 12 July 1890, commissioned on 16 February 1893 and sold to be broken up on 4 July 1920. 
2. Sabang had an important coal bunkering station.
